Your clinician has offered you an online consultation using MyClinic. It’s simple, free and easy to use.
You will then be sent a link to join via text message or email. There are no apps needed, you will only need a device with a microphone and camera, such as a smartphone or tablet.
When it is time to join, follow the link sent to you. You will be directed to MyClinic and your clinician will be notified that you are there.
Once you have joined, you will be asked to confirm your details and upload any necessary documents requested by your clinician.
Until your clinician is ready you will be placed into a virtual waiting room. Your call will begin once the clinician joins.
Your appointment will then take place using our secure, end-to-end video consultation solution. Video calls are HD, and for best results a WiFi connection is recommended.
